AUTOPILOT DISCONNECTING SYSTEM

PRINCIPLE :

The hydraulic steering systems; usually installed on sailing boats over 60' , may cause a lot of frictions and cancel out sensation of feed back on the wheel.

 Pleasure of steering these big sailing boats is then reduced.

 Our autopilot disconnecting system overcomes some of the limitations of these systems.

How does it work?

 When autopilot is switched ON: the cylinder is linked to the rudder.

 When autopilot is  switched OFF: JP3 disengagement system disconnects itself automatically.
